چکيده : The relationship between the amount of metals in honey production and soil surrounding area Mashhad AbstractObjective Heavy metal pollution originated from human activities, in addition to adverse effects on the environment, as well as Bee products contaminated. Heavy elements with honey, can enter the human food chain, which will have undesirable consequences. The highest concentrations of heavy metals in honey from soil contaminated the region, which reached the roots of the plants, and then transferred to the nectar and By honey bees in honey placed. Bee strictly flies within radius of 3 kilometers and For this reason,its products (honey and pollen) can be used as a biological indicator for the pollution in the area used and the level of pollution in the ranges used for beekeeping show. Therefore, this study aimed to determined the relationship between the amount of heavy metals in honey production and soil surrounding area Mashhad (Torghebeh and Zoshk) done. MethodsIn this study for the digestion and extraction of metals from honey samples of wet digestion with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution (ratio 2: 1) and at a temperature of 160 ° C and To read samples graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used. As well as for Digestion and extraction of metals from soil samples, 0005 M EDTA solution at pH=7 and To read samples flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used. Results The mean metals lead, cadmium, chromium (in ppb), iron, copper and zinc (in ppm) respectively in Torghabeh honey 35088, 22058, 39021, 4023, 0059 and 5046, in Zoshk honey 26009, 16.52, 19016,4052, 0062 and 3056, in Torghabeh soil 40607, 307, 38537, 65, 30, 15076 and 43054, in Zoshk soil29475, 224, 18853, 34022, 16047 and 28051 has been.ConclusionAccording to the results, the mean of metals lead, cadmium, chromium and zinc in honey production areas were significantly different in Torghebeh and Zoshk and level of them due to higher pollution and pollution sources, was higher; It does not contain iron and copper metals and the mean of these two metals in honey Torghebeh and Zoshk was not significantly different. The average of Pb and Cd was less than the current standard in Europe Union and represents a safe and healthy productive honey in Torghebeh and Zoshk in terms of this metals. For the other metals are not getting the standard in Europe Union. The amount of all the metals in the soil Torghebeh and Zoshk was in range of EPA's standards, but the mean of lead and cadmium higher than the mean of standard is mentioned and Indicates the warning status for the soil in this area. The mean of all metals in the soil and honey Torghebeh and Zoshk has been a significant relationship and Indicative a direct effect of the amount of soil heavy metal content on the amount of them in honey produced that the need to manage soil and reduction of metals in the soil and thus honey produced reveals.
